1.Services Provided

DIGJU.com provides digital marketing services strictly as outlined in the package proposal document. Each package is designed to meet specific objectives defined at the time of purchase. Any additional services or changes beyond the initial commitment will require a separate agreement and may incur additional costs.

2. On-Demand and Monthly Packages

• On-Demand Packages: Support for on-demand packages will be provided for 30 days or until the campaign budget is exhausted, whichever comes first. After this period, any further support or services will require a new agreement or package purchase.
• Monthly Packages: Monthly packages are subject to renewal by the customer. Failure to renew will result in the cessation of services, and any associated campaigns may be paused or terminated.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information required for campaign execution.
• Granting access to necessary accounts (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Ads) promptly.
• Reviewing and approving content within specified deadlines to avoid delays in campaign execution.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made in advance before the commencement of any work. DIGJU.com will not begin service delivery until full payment is received. Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 14 days written notice. In the event of early termination by the Client, any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered will be forfeited. DIGJU.com reserves the right to terminate the agreement without notice if the Client fails to comply with the terms and conditions.

6. Data Ownership and Use

All data generated during the campaigns, including ad accounts and analytics data, will be owned by the Client. Upon termination, DIGJU.com will transfer all relevant data to the Client, provided all outstanding fees have been paid.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• DIGJU.com acts solely as a service provider. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the services provided, as results are influenced by numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.
• All packages offered by DIGJU.com are based on service fees rather than guaranteed results. The Client acknowledges and accepts that the success of any campaign is not guaranteed.
• DIGJU.com is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms such as Google or Facebook, including but not limited to the suspension or termination of accounts. The Client assumes all responsibility for complying with the terms and conditions of these platforms.

8. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold DIGJU.com harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Client’s actions, including but not limited to the content provided by the Client for use in campaigns.

9. Force Majeure

DIGJU.com shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, major internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Refund Policy

Payments made to DIGJU.com are non-refundable once services have commenced. In the event of early termination by the Client, any remaining prepaid fees will not be refunded.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing any other legal remedies. The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Amendments

DIGJU.com reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
